Tonight is live American Idol Finale.
For those that could vote, did you vote Jordin or Blake?
For those that couldn’t vote (like us Canadians) who would you have voted for? (Are all you Canadians looking forward to Canadian Idol starting up soon?)
Tonight’s finale will probably see all this season’s American Idol faces, like Sanjaya, back on stage.
I don’t think I’ll be watching. . .I’m going to wait for SkyWindows to update her blog for the results.
I believe Jordin Sparks will win the title. . . but is winning a burden or a blessing?
Although I wasn’t in North America for many of the American Idol seasons, I can only name two previous winners (Carrie Underwood & Kelly Clarkson)- but I can name quite a few artists who came from the show and didn’t win.(Chris Daughtry, Catherine McPhee, Clay Aiken).
What do you think?
Shameless Plug – btw, if you haven’t please fuel my blog
*****Update***** Watched the reveal. . . Jordin Sparks is this years American Idol. Congratulations Jordin. Now fuel my blog. . . . why? Because you can!

LaKisha Jones is the latest American Idol to have their hopes and dreams squashed.
No more sweet kisses from Simon Cowell **eeeewwwwwwww**
Jordin Sparks, Melinda Doolittle and Blake Lewis are the top 3.
Simon Cowell and LaKisha Jones KISS on tonight’s American Idol.
Serves me right for tuning in. First time since Sanjaya left. But. . . . I . . . . Can’t. . . . .resist. . . .Bon. . . . Jovi. . . . . YUMMMMMMMMY
I am not an avid viewer of American Idol, and I wasn’t really sure the singing abilities of the contestants. I have to say I personally enjoyed Blake Lewis, maybe it was simply the fact that he sung one of my favourite Bon Jovi classics – but I very much enjoyed his song.
If I could vote, I’d vote for him.
****UPDATE**** LaKisha got the Royal Kiss Off, she has been booted off American Idol
Well, it looks like “Penis Head” (Skywindows‘s term of endearment for Phil) is the next guinea pig of the popular website.
I didn’t think after blogging about the “Novelle Star” Idol show that I would do it again. Hahaha. . . round two.
I was in England when Will Young won the very first Pop Idol competition, I had been rooting for him all along. At that time I was still living in Canada and only visiting the UK a few times a year to see Colin. I followed the show (which was a whole season then) by reading “Hello” and “Ok” magazines. It was such a new and different concept for a reality show. Week after week the rating numbers climbed and jumped.
(Download a song or two of Will Young’s – you won’t be disapointed!)
