Pero is horrible (to me). Roma and Pero have the exact same ingredients, but Roma's malted barley, barley, and chicory are all roasted. Quite a difference in taste. I like it. A coffee habit will kill you: I had a boss who had a heart attack from coffee. But the occasional cup is delicious and even beneficial. Roasted coffees (Starbucks and others) are supposed to have less caffeine. The caffeine will give you the heart attack. I suspect some of the things used in processing coffee -- especially in the making of decaffeinated coffee -- may to harmful things to you.
