With the release of CASINO ROYALE on DVD, I am a still sad sad girl tonight! My husband brought to my attention the below linked and cited article from the website Dark Horizons. Apparently my lovely tanned and toned Bond, Mr Craig, wants to limit his nudity in the upcoming un named Bond project 22, he wants people to appreicate his acting skills and not just consider him a piece of flesh.
I suppose I can understand where he is coming from, but not everyone in this world has the chisled and sculpted pieces of flesh that he does. I think its like art, it takes a deserning eye to appreciate its fine lines. In this case, I am said deserning eye, and my deserning eye will be well disapointed without some eye candy in the next film. I’m actually considering not bothering to go see it . . . .
I spoke about that shot in my personal review of the movie. . . that shot was part of the reason I’m enamoured once again with Bond. xoxox <3. Daniel Craig embodies (litteratly) everything our Mr Flemming set out for Bond to be. Why mess with a perfect combination.
Daniel didn’t have an issue with nudity in layer cake. . .as seen below (I covered his pee pee for modesty, this is of course a family friendly blog 
) If you search “Daniel Craig” in Google Images, you can see the unaltered verision if you so choose.
So in the spirit of the possibility of never getting to see Daniel Craig in various states of undress, here are some pictures. . .
New Bond Villain & Nudity Talk
James Bond’s now infamous walk out of the surf in blue speedos in “Casino Royale” has already gone down in pop culture history – thanks mostly to the first on-set photos which splashed across hundreds of magazines and websites, to the marketing trailers which emphasized it to bring a wider audience into the theatre.
For all its quality filmmaking, its Daniel Craig’s bulging muscles filling those little Italian La Perla shorts can definitely be cited as one of the film’s strong selling points for getting them in. One person however isn’t comfortable in repeating that idea – Daniel Craig himself.
According to a report on WENN via MI6, Craig has told film bosses to cover him up so that the focus is more on his acting talent, rather than his appearance. A source says “Daniel was a little uncomfortable at the amount of nudity he had to do. He appreciated that a lot of it was to win over the female fans but it’s not something he wants to make a habit of, no matter how good he looks in his trunks“.
In other “Bond 22″ related news, former running candidate for the role Goran Visnjic – who reportedly just quit TV’s “ER” this week, has late 2007/early 2008 booked for a massive project. That project? Bond potentially.
According to a Croatian newspaper via MI6, it seems that when auditioning for Bond in Casino Royale, he impressed the EON people so much (he was turned down then for being too young apparently) that he’s won the role of Vesper Lynd’s French-Algerian former love interest mentioned in ‘Royale’. It also claims that his role will be “sizable, menacing and significant to the plot”.

I actually had the opposite reaction to you & agree that it should be about his acting rather than his pound of flesh. Daniel Craig really turns me on, but it is all about the attitude he exudes & the way he looks when he is dressed. He is one sexy human being, a real man’s man. I have looked at the uncensored pics, & am not so impressed. Thinking his choice to remain dressed is a prudent one. Sorry Daniel!
I don’t disagree that I didn’t enjoy how he protrayed Bond (see my other entry from when I went to see the film, link above)
He can’t get his kit off in this film (and how many movies previous) and when he DOES finally get some noteritiy decide “I’m a thespian, I’m not taking my kit off anymore”
The nudity, or williness to do nudity, probably helped him actually land jobs.
Think about Mel Gibson (when he actually had a career) He had to do an ass shot in every movie, why? Because thats what landed him (good) rolls, and what his FANS wanted.
Daniel might find he might rightly or wrongly so have a few fewer fans that follow him around.
I for one enjoy his films, and will probably continue. . . .but I would enjoy seeing him in various states of undress.
As for his bits, remember, he is European.

First of all, LOVE Craig as Bond. Second, I want to see the version of Casino Royale that the Europeans saw. It is my understanding that the USA version is lacking a certain swimming scene. Lastly, would be massively disappointed if Bond 22 didn’t have any hot scenes in it. I would say both acting skills and sex appeal are important for this character. The Bond character is supposed to be complex enough to pull off both super spy and primitive sex god, right??!! haha

I had already seen that picture, and I’m not too impressed either. But then again, I’m only 17, so what do I know? But I just can’t get over how attractive he is. Sure Mr Craig is no “black stallion” but surely you can appreciate esthetics. Also, be reminded, its not the size of the ‘equipement’ but rather how one uses said ‘equipement’

I just have to say, I feel sad that some people seem to equate penis size with sexiness… I mean, it’s like saying breast size is what makes a woman sexy, which is absolute bollocks! I have to agree with Katerina.
According to the statistics the average range for men is between 5 and 7 inches. If it follows a normal distribution that would mean about two thirds of mean would fall in that range. Width seems to be about 1.5 inches on average.
Now personally I fit in the top end of the average range and am half an inch over the average in width but when soft it doesn’t really show.
The catagories I’ve seen used are “growers” and “showers” (show-ers, not the stream of water on the head) some display their dimensions when soft, many don’t.
